1. Product Introduction
BILLIONS™ LR-961 is alumina single-coated rutile titanium dioxide with organic surface modification, tailor-made for electrophoretic coating systems. Precise particle size control delivers outstanding hiding power, ultra-low conductivity, superior dispersion and long-term formulation stability in e-coat liquid. It also performs well for indoor architectural and general industrial coatings.

5. Low volatile content prevents pinholes, bubbles and surface defects during high-temperature curing of e-coat film.
