1. Product Introduction

PB-1302 is medium K-value PVC homopolymer resin produced by micro-seed suspension polymerization process. It features stable plastisol Brookfield viscosity, low volatile content and moderate bulk density. The resin delivers excellent transparency after plasticization, good plasticizer compatibility and stable storage viscosity, widely suitable for plastisol processing of toys, artificial leather, conveyor belts and automotive adhesive products.

1. Medium K value of 70 and polymerization degree 1100–1350, balanced mechanical strength and plastisol fluidity, suitable for transparent soft PVC products.
2. Ultra-low volatile content ≤0.25%, effectively eliminate bubbles, pinholes and foggy haze on the surface of transparent finished products.
3. Stable Brookfield viscosity 3.0–5.0 Pa·s with low thickening tendency, consistent processing performance during long-term plastisol storage.
4. Controlled bulk density 0.30–0.45 g/cm³, good mixing uniformity with plasticizers and fillers, fast wetting without agglomeration.
5. Micro-seed suspension polymerization technology ensures fine particle size, outstanding transparency after gelation, ideal for high-transparency toy and leather materials.

6. Storage & Operation Safety Guidance

Storage Requirements

Store products in dry warehouse, keep away from direct and indirect heat sources. Keep packaging tightly sealed after opening to prevent moisture absorption causing viscosity fluctuation of plastisol. Adopt first-in first-out inventory management.

Operation Safety

Wear dust masks, protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding and mixing to reduce dust inhalation. Flush eyes with plenty of clean water immediately if powder contacts eyes; wash skin thoroughly with soap after contact.
